Stir Fry Green Vegetables with Ginger and Sesame Oil

A simple stir fry vegetables recipe during confinement.


  • Green vegetables (e.g. choy sum)
  • 1 Tbs sesame oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, sliced thinly
  • 2 slices of ginger, sliced thinly
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of sugar
  • Dash of pepper


  1. Wash the vegetables
  2. Heat up the wok, add sesame oil
  3. Fry ginger and garlic until golden brown. Dish out and set aside
  4. Fry the vegetables in the remaining oil in the wok
  5. Add salt, pepper and sugar to your taste
  6. Dish out the vegetables and garnish it with the crispy fried ginger and garlic
