Something Is Brewing

You see it? A new look (again!).

Time for renewal. Its just like a home. I love to give my place spring cleaning every now and then. Takes a lot of time, ideas and efforts. But… I like it!

I’d like to remove most of the categories as well. Suddenly it makes me feel like I have ‘multiple personality disorder’ being the belgian, the chinese, the daughter… etc.

I want simplicity – Ms Teh. Buddhism. Travel. Home. Fashion.

Uhm, fashion-blogger-wannabe. Another HHTA** project?

I want my blog to be structured more interest-based rather than personality-based. No, I am not going thru a identity crisis here. Hehe.

Anyway, just stay tune laaa!

I know I’ve not been bloggin much… honestly, nooo time, too much work and no inspiration but I keep trying and am feeling it coming.

PS I Love You

Madonna also sang “Like A Prayer”. We danced like there is no tomorrow.

It makes me think of PS. It was her favourite song. And mine too. We used to sing it like there is no tomorrow.

But her last tomorrow came too soon. She has to live her life with the few tomorrows given to her without choice. I admire till today her courage, her strength and will.

While we who still have many of our tomorrows, be ashame to be bore down by so many menial things in life. Economics. Material. Time. Love. Obstacles are inevitable in life therefore let’s keep looking ahead to the next tomorrow, embrace life and be happy!

Many times I do wonder where is she now? I hope the song still plays in her heart with our memories as it is in mine.

Sweet & Sticky Tour

madonna.jpg

I was again for the second time in my life watched the Diva, Madonna live in action. But honestly, I enjoyed the Confession Tour more. This time I couldn’t feel her jest of life and I am not sure if she had put in her very best. At certain moments, I even felt like she was emulating Anvil Lavigne, sometime, Kylie Minogue and even a glimpse of Britney. I read the review and it seems she’s been having a hard time in her life lately.

BUT still, even though she was late, the concert was way too short (vs the amount we paid for the tix) -- the most beautiful part of the concert was when she sang “You Must Love Me”, the beautiful ballad from Evita. Her voice was mesmerising! Behind her flashes images of current issues around us today -- environment, war, tibet, politics etc. It moved me.

It made me feel like -- Yo People! Love the world! Love you! Love me!

Where do we go from here?
This isn’t where we intended to be
We had it all, you believed in me
I believed in you

Certainties disappear
What do we do for our dream to survive?
How do we keep all our passions alive,
As we used to do?

Deep in my heart I’m concealing
Things that I’m longing to say
Scared to confess what I’m feeling
Frightened you’ll slip away

You must love me
You must love me

Why are you at my side?
How can I be any use to you now?
Give me a chance and I’ll let you see how
Nothing has changed

You must love me
